On the afternoon of September 25, 2026, amidst the joyful atmosphere of the new school year and following the directions of the Phuc Loi Ward Pioneer Council and the School Leadership of Sai Dong Urban Primary School, Squad 5A5, under the guidance of teacher Nguyen Thi Thanh Van, successfully organized its Squad Congress for the 2026–2027 term, kicking off a series of meaningful activities for the entire Young Pioneer Union.

The Congress was honored to welcome distinguished delegates, including Ms. Vu Thi Hoa Mo – Vice Principal; Ms. Tran Phuong Oanh – Teacher in charge of the Young Pioneers Organization, together with teachers from Grades 4 and 5, 36 student representatives from Grades 4 and 5 squads, and especially the 23 Young Pioneer members of Squad 5A5.

The Congress took place in a solemn atmosphere with thorough preparation by Squad 5A5. During the event, the Presidium presented and approved the Summary Report of Young Pioneer Activities for the 2025–2026 school year, as well as the directions for Young Pioneer activities and children's movements of the Squad for the 2026–2027 term. Furthermore, the Congress elected five exemplary members to the Squad Executive Committee:

At the Congress, Ms. Tran Phuong Oanh – Teacher in charge of the Young Pioneers Organization, delivered a speech praising the voting results and highly appreciating the coordination efforts in organizing the event.

The Squad Congress concluded with promises and determination from the 2026–2027 Squad Executive Committee to fulfill their assigned responsibilities. From this milestone, the students have defined their orientation and methods to study and train effectively for high achievements.
